Kimberly is the heart and soul of Lusta Hair. Her journey began at 19 when she started experiencing hair thinning, leading to the loss of over 75% of her once thick hair. After trying countless treatments without success, she discovered hair toppers—a revelation that changed her life. Determined to help other women facing similar challenges, Kimberly founded Lusta Hair in 2019.

Georgia S – Customer Experience Manager

Georgia S has been with Lusta since the beginning and is known for her deep connections with customers. She loves jumping on consultations, hearing stories from women worldwide, and helping them find their perfect piece. To her, customers become besties, making her role incredibly special.

Dakota – Brand & Community Coordinator

Valentina – Order Fulfilment

Valentina ensures that every Lusta piece reaches its new home safely and promptly.

From carefully packing your dream hair to managing stock levels and coordinating international deliveries, she’s the reason your topper or wig gets from our hands to your doorstep safely and beautifully presented.

She has an eye for detail, a passion for organisation, and (let’s be honest) a slightly unhealthy obsession with beautifully folded tissue paper. Valentina is often the first to see every new piece that arrives at Lusta, and she makes sure it’s treated like the crown jewel it is—from the moment it lands in our hands to the second it leaves the building.

Shay – Style Queen

After her hairdressing apprenticeship, Shay was ready to level up—and Lusta was the perfect next step. Now, she spends her days bringing our pieces to life, curling, styling, and prepping them to look their absolute best before they head off to their new forever homes.

Willow – Office Pup

Willow, the mini Groodle, brings joy and cuddles to the Lusta office. She’s an integral part of the team, offering emotional support and the occasional distraction.
