Can You Wear Human Hair Wigs with Bio Hair?

Can You Wear Human Hair Wigs with Bio Hair?

The answer is YES! Of course, you can! What most people don’t realise is that most wig wearers do have bio hair 🙉 One of our Lusta Hair queens, Georgia, walks through each collection and shows us how you can also rock a wig!

Regardless of where you are in your hair journey, you deserve to feel beautiful and confident! We welcome everyone with hair loss, as well as a full head of hair!

When wearing your dream piece, the perfect way to tie your hair is either in a low braid or plait. We find this is the easiest way to shove your hair into the cap!

Here are a few tips on how you can wear all four of our wigs ❤️️

Essentials

The Essentials is similar to a topper, only with a much larger cap construction that hugs your entire scalp! This means having bio hair is an advantage! To get the most incredible blend, you can use the Lusta fine tooth comb to pull out your baby hairs. If your piece matches the colour of your bio hair, you can also wear your hair down! Watch Emily put her blending skills to the test 😍

Lace-Front Essentials

The Lace-Front gives you the best of both worlds! You don’t need to blend your own hairline with the wig, but you can still pull out your own strands for an ULTRA realistic look (especially by the ears 🙊). We also love using a wig grip to smooth down those top hairs for extra flatness!

Game Changer

Although the Game Changer is designed for women with total alopecia or significant hair loss, anyone can wear it! As the cap is made from soft material with a silicone grip, it’s UNBELIEVABLY secure! Trust me, if Holly can wear her piece on a roller coaster, your Game Changer isn’t going anywhere 😂

Workout Wig

The Workout Wigs are AWESOME. Although they are only designed to be worn in a ponytail, that doesn’t mean you can’t wear them with your bio hair! You can also use the option clips and combs for extra security 😄

There you have it! Now that you’re ready to go headfirst and dive into your favourite Lusta wig (that’s how you put one on, literally!), we would love to chat with you!
