Where do you ship to?

We ship for free worldwide! We ship using DHL Express and most of the time it takes only 5-7 days for delivery.

How to cut the lace?

What hair products/shampoo/conditioner, do you use?

When it comes to washing your piece, you can use any shampoo and conditioner which is salon-grade and sulphate free. We suggest using a 'hydrating' range as because the pieces aren't getting the natural oils from your scalp, they need that extra bit of hydration ❤️. We recommend the brand 'Davroe'.

Where are you located? Can I try them on?

We are an online business operating out of Adelaide, Australia. We don't have a physical store, as such, but that doesn't mean we can't help you find the perfect piece for you! Can I wear toppers with very short hair/pixie cut?

Our shortest pieces start at 11-12 inches. This length usually sits above the shoulders. Due to the cap construction of our pieces, we recommend that your bio hair is at least 8 inches to look the most natural with a topper. If you have shorter hair (such as a pixie cut) you may want to consider wig options.

Can you wear toppers or wigs in up dos?

You can wear the toppers and wigs up in any style. For the toppers, our smaller base size, 7x7, can be worn in higher styles, whereas our larger base sizes, 9x9, can be worn in lower styles.

How do I choose the right piece?

​​Thanks so much for getting in touch, I would love to help you! When it comes to choosing your first piece, there are three things you need to think about.

Cap size: We offer 7x7, 8x8 and 9x9 as our options for cap size. In the world of toppers these are known as larger base sizes. I will send through a video all about how to choose the correct cap size: https://www.instagram.com/p/CSwkOS7gX36/

Length: With toppers, you want to have a couple of extra inches of length in the piece to allow your hair to grow and also leave room for styling the piece. I will attach a video below to help you measure for length: https://www.instagram.com/p/CTDfyyqBZkz/

Colour: To get the right match for colour, you can send through some photos of your bio hair in direct natural lighting (inside, by a big window with the lights off works best). We take our website photos in this lighting so it is easy to match. Once you send those through I can help match you.

Do you have curly hair?

As our pieces are highest quality, remy human hair, you can have the piece permed by a stylist or use heat tools (such as a straightener or curler) to curl the piece! Sourcing naturally curly hair is super difficult, so we currently don't offer naturally curly pieces.

What is the difference between the Game Changer and the Lace-Front Essentials Wig?

The Game Changer wig has silicone grip in the cap so that it sticks to your head. This is a great option for girls with complete hair loss as it suctions to the scalp. The game changer also has a lace-front to give the appearance of a realistic hairline. However, if you still have some bio hair you can totally wear the Game Changer too! The Essentials wig has clips and combs which can attach to your hair or to a wig grip. You can also blend your bio hair with this wig to create a more realistic hairline. The Lace Front Essentials wig has the same cap as the essentials wig, with clips and combs. However, it also has a lace-front which creates the illusion of a realistic hair-line. Why is it SO expensive????

We pride ourselves on having the finest quality hair on the market. The benefit of high quality human hair is that you can get up to 3 years use from it. Our toppers are all fully hand made and each individually strand of hair is sewn in one by one on the cap. There is 50-100 hours of labour in each piece hence the cost.

What is the signature cut?

The Lusta Signature Cut means adding some face framing layers around the front of the piece. The Lusta Signature Cut or Lusta Custom Cut can be added at checkout.

Can you change the part line?

How do you wash it?

What is the density of the hair?

All our hair is 100% Finest Quality Remy human hair. Our hair is sourced globally.

Do you offer payment plans?

We accept PayPal, debit card and credit card. AfterPay is also available in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom. 💕

What is the difference between wigs and toppers?

A topper is best for those with partial hair loss. A topper is about half the size of a wig and is made to be worn on the top of your head in order to cover any sparse/thinning areas. A wig is best for those with substantial or total hair loss and covers the entire head. There are pros and cons to both options, so it really depends on your own preferences what option will be best for you!
