This blog post is for any woman who is considering wearing toppers but isn't sure they have enough hair to blend with their topper.
A quick refresher...a topper is like 'half' a wig. It covers the top of your head (crown) and is designed to blend in with your own natural hair. You combine your hair line with the topper to create a seamless blend.
But, what if you don't have enough hair at your hair line to blend? Can you still make a topper work?
Well, you'd be surprised at how little hair you need to blend with a topper! Even just a few strands will create a realistic blend. Take a look at these videos 👇
See? You only need a tiny bit of hair at your hair line to create an awesome blend!
Plus, you can use Clingy Fibers to create extra volume at your hair line to create an even more seamless blend. Click HERE to watch the video.
We're always asked by our clients whether a topper will work for them and most of the time the answer is YES.
Of course, there are a few exceptions.
- If you have no hair at all, a topper will not be able to work for you (a topper clips into existing hair).
- If you have a 'high' or receding hair line you may also find it more difficult to blend your hair topper.
- If you don't *want* to blend your own hair, then you might want to look for a wig instead.
In most other cases, a topper can totally work for you!
