- Take your photos INDOORS facing a bright window.
- Turn off all artificial lights, including downlights and lamps.
- Position your whole face and hair in the frame of the photo (don't worry, we won't share your photos with anyone).
- Check your photos to see if your hair looks the same as it does to you in real life
- Photos taken with back to a window
- Photos in bathroom lighting
- Photos with artificial lighting
- Photos taken outdoor
- Old photos
- Photos taken in dark or dull lighting
- Cropped photos
- Photos taken from far away
Step 2: Submit Your Photos Below
Step 3: Wait For Your Colour Match
Once you've submitted your colour matching photos, we'll assess your photos and suggest the best product and colour for you.
Typically, you'll receive your colour match within 24-72 hours.
