10am–2pm & 4pm–8pm
(45 min appointments - VIP day)
Friday 23rd October:
10am–2pm & 4pm–8pm
(30 min appointments)

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely, we'd love for you to bring someone along!
Our space is capped at 20 people at a time, so we can only accommodate one plus one per guest.
If you choose to bring a friend please do not create a seperate booking for them, they will simply attend your appointment time.
What time should I arrive at my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
How can I best prepare for my appointment?
After you book, we'll reach out to confirm your desired colour and length, please share as much detail as you can about your hair goals, so we can make sure we bring the right pieces for you.
This is also your chance to ask any burning questions before the big day.
We'd recommend browsing our website beforehand to get a feel for the pieces you're drawn to.
Standard appointments run for 30 minutes, so coming prepared helps us make the most of that time together.
And please, don't be nervous. We know talking about hair loss can feel confronting, but you're stepping into a really supportive, understanding community.
What payment options will be available?
Come prepared with your card, we accept all major payment methods on the day, including contactless and bank transfer.
What's the cancellation policy?
A $50 fee applies to cancellations within 7 days of your appointment, and to no-shows.

What's the difference between a Topper & a Wig?
If you're at the start of your alternative hair wearing journey and are wondering if you need a topper or a wig, you're in good company, this is one of our most frequently asked questions.
Here's everything you need to know:
Toppers
For thinning at the part or crown.
A topper is designed for women who still have their own hair but are experiencing thinning through the part line or crown.
It clips into your existing hair and blends with it, giving you coverage and volume exactly where you need it, without covering hair you still have.
A topper is essentially hair extensions that sit seamlessly ontop of your head rather than underneath it.
Lightweight, breathable lace, and made to disappear into your natural part.
Wigs
For full or more advanced hair loss or no hair.
A wig is the option for more complete coverage, ideal if your hair loss is more advanced, or if you'd simply rather not deal with blending at all.
No clipping into existing hair, just throw on and go, all-day, secure wear with a natural hairline from front to back.
Our lace wigs come with clips but these can be easily removed by cutting the thread with a pair of scissors.
