Step 1: Take Photos
Follow these instructions to take your colour matching photos correctly
Take your photos INDOORS facing a bright window.
Turn off all artificial lights, including downlights and lamps.
Position your whole face and hair in the frame of the photo (don't worry, we won't share your photos with anyone).
Check your photos to see if your hair looks the same as it does to you in real life
Examples of photos that are not suitable
Take your photos with your back to the window
Take photos in bathroom lighting
Use artificial lighting
Take your photos outdoors
Find old photos on your camera roll
Take photos in a dark, dull place
Crop your photos
Take your photos too far away
Take your photos with the blinds/curtains closed
Step 2: Submit Your Photos
Step 3: Wait For Your Colour Match
Once you've submitted your colour matching photos, we'll assess your photos and suggest the best product and colour for you.
Typically, you'll receive your colour match within 24-72 hours.
