Will I need a discount code to redeem the offer?
Nope! All products will be discounted for you so no math is required 💁♀️
Can I redeem a store credit or a gift card during the sale?
Yes, absolutely! If you have a gift card or store credit, these can be redeemed on your purchase.
Will sold-out product be restocked during the sale?
Aside from restocking returns, out-of-stock lines won’t be replenished during the sale. If there is a particular piece you are after, please reach out to our team at hello@lustahair.com.
Will shipping take longer during the sale?
During peak season, there can be delays with parcel carriers. However, if you have concerns about your shipment our team is always here to help, just send us an email at hello@lustahair.com and we look into this on your behalf.
When will my June Sale order dispatch?
Due to high order volumes during our June Sale, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We aim to have all orders shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
If you’ve selected any customisations, such as the Lusta Signature Cut, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for dispatch.
Will you ship internationally during the sale?
Yes! We will continue to ship worldwide during our June Sale. So, our beautiful Lusta customers all over the world can take advantage of this incredible offer!
Can I return or exchange items purchased during June Sale?
Since the Lusta June Sale offer is so incredible, pieces purchased during the sale will be listed as final sale and will not be eligible for return.
