Mid-Year Sale Returns Policy

Effective for orders placed as part of our Mid-Year Sale.

Thank you for shopping our Mid-Year Glow Up Sale! This collection is all about confidence, transformation, and once-in-a-lifetime value, and with that comes a slightly different returns policy than usual.

Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.

  • No refunds or returns for change of mind

  • Store credit only: If you choose to return your piece, you will receive a store credit for the full amount of your purchase

How to Return Your Piece for Store Credit

If you decide to return your piece, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 5 days (120 hours) of your item being delivered.
    Email hello@lustahair.com to initiate your return.
    Please allow for time zone differences — our team operates on Australian time.

  2. All returns must be in transit back to Lusta Hair within 5 days of delivery.
    This means your return must be picked up by DHL (for international customers) or dropped off at an Australia Post office (for domestic customers) within this timeframe.

  3. Return shipping is your responsibility.
    You may choose to use:

    • Our DHL Express/Australia Post service (we’ll send you a label and the cost will be deducted from your store credit). 

    • A courier of your choice

  4. Eligibility for full store credit is assessed upon return.
    Pieces must be returned in original condition. Lusta reserves the right to determine eligibility for store credit at the time of inspection.
