Yes, bookings are essential. We’re unable to accommodate walk-ins, so arriving without an appointment may mean we have to turn you away.
You’re welcome to bring one support person to your appointment.
As we operate from an office space rather than a shopfront, we’re limited on space and unfortunately can’t accommodate additional guests.
